Mike has reached Narrabri today, a slower trip than anticipated.
His legs are slowing him down a bit and he has reduced the daily target to about 30 km per day to give the legs a rest and time to heal a bit.
At the reduced rate it would mean about 12-13 days to Newcastle.
First stop is the local tourist shop for a new map and then look for somewhere to bed down for the night.
Another target is the local newspaper as Mike hands out his Bio in each town he stops in.
He is mailing one to me and I will pass it on when received.
Information for Sheds arranging meals for Mike please note that he is vegetarian.
We have had an offer from Singleton Shed with accommodation at the Shed where there are facilities I am sure Mike will appreciate-thanks Singleton.
Other Sheds are more than welcome to put their hands up to assist Mike.
