Mikes progress is nowhere what he was hoping it would be, caused by the discomfort felt in his legs and lack of sleep due to the cold.
He is missing his yoga mat which his walking partner, Rob, is sending from Freemantle.
He met up with a French couple who gave him a blanket which will help him in the meantime.
This is where Mike is at the moment with the next town being Ravensthorpe, about 74 KM away.
To make matters a bit worse he is negotiating a gradual incline which is not helping the discomfort in his legs.
His nights have been a bit uncomfortable as the cold keeps him awake.
