Mike has made good progress today, leaving Kembla Grange at 5:25 am and is currently at Jamberoo, NSW

Last night was a bit stormy with the worst of it at about midnight.

Mike was well sheltered at Kembla Grange. He had asked a security guard if it was OK to pitch the tent and the guard obtained approval. Shortly after that the guard appeared with a cooked chook.

The guard was not to know that Mike is vegetarian and the chook was thankfully declined.

The AMSA-NSW Committee member for the area, Alex Paton, has been in touch with the Kiama Mens Shed and they have made arrangements for Mikes accommodation for tonight.

The fact that there has not been a lot of activity to report in Mikes day indicates that everything is going well for him and that is the main thing. He is obviously walking without interruption which means he is maximising his walking time.
