Mike had to bow to the wrath of Mother Nature today.

There was too much rain to continue the walk so another rest day was on the cards.

At least the clothes etc. had a little extra drying time.

At least Narooma, being a tourist destination, had some interesting things to check out.

I don’t know how Mike sniffs things out but he came across someone who is a caretaker for a Motel which is for sale.

He offered Mike a room, at no cost, which has no electricity or even a bed but at least it is dry.

The caretaker made Mike a cup of tea which was well received.

He will be on the road again tomorrow and the forecast is for some fine weather for at least the next couple of days.
