Well, another wet night, when will it stop. Mike camped in a small park last night, not being able to make it into town.
He also mingled with some of the local natives while in Bermagui, very friendly people as is turns out.
He checked with the local tourist shop and was advised not to continue south on the coast road as it becomes very narrow in places.
A shame because he now has to backtrack somewhat. Not all the way back to the Princes Highway but there is a road that will take him to Cobargo which is on the Highway.
It is unlikely that he will make it to Cobargo tonight so another sleep out in the wilderness.
From Cobargo to Bega is about 41 km and the weather looks as though it might clear a bit.
