Currently Mike has settled into lodgings for the night at a town called Quaama
When I refer to his lodgings I mean the local bus shelter, short on running water and showers but mainly protection from the rain, yes rain but hopefully things are looking better.
He has about 30 km to go until he reaches Bega where he has been told there is a hot shower waiting for him, compliments from a friend of a friend I believe.
What a relief that will be after spending the last few days and nights in the rain.
Mike said that there was not much else happening which is a good sign anyway.
