Mike Pauly, Melbourne to Perth

This afternoon when I spoke to Mike he was about 10 km from the border of SA/NSW and should be making camp for the night in that vicinity.

I think he was grateful for the phone call today as he asked me to hang on while he found a tree to sit under-any excuse to take a break.

He has covered about 23 km so far which is pretty good as he is still having problems with the knee.

Next port of call is Mount Gambier where the members from the Mount Gambier Mens Shed have arranged to meet Mike as he approaches the city limits.

I think he will be getting a tour of the City highlights while he is there and the break from walking should be an advantage.
